The reunion schedule provides a balance of planned activities and free time with both logistical issues and pricing considered. Planned activities paid for by the reunion are in bold.

Arrive early - mid afternoon. Check in and hang until Reception/Mixer at 7PM. Dinner provided.


Friday, July 31, 2009

Free day to hang. Breakfast and lunch on your own either at the hotel or around town. (A good day to golf, go boating, visit NASA, Galveston, etc.) 7PM dinner provided at hotel.


Saturday, August 1, 2009

Morning is free. Breakfast and lunch on your own. Early afternoon -- set up and play together again. (Production and back line provided.) Dinner provided at a local restaurant.


Sunday, August 2, 2009

Free day to hang. Chapel service in the morning with Bruce Cripe, Dan Robbins, and George Gagliardi. Golf tournament immediately after. Breakfast and lunch on your own. (Probably the best day for non-golfers to go boating, visit NASA, Galveston, etc.)  Final Banquet provided at hotel.


Additional perks for reunion attendees include:

Production. Sound, lighting, video, back line gear/crew will be provided for rehearsal time on Saturday and the banquet on Sunday night. IMAG (image enhancement) will be featured at the banquet with PICS of band-mates in slide show format on the big screens.

Documentary video. A video crew will also be on-site to capture footage throughout the four days to edit into a DVD documentary. A copy of the DVD is included with the registration cost.

Banquet entertainment.
A local 'mid-life crisis' band will be hired to play the banquet. We'll be able to sit in if inspired, dance (for those of us who finally learned how) or just sit back be entertained.

T-shirts.
The obligatory Official Reunion T-Shirt will be available at an additional charge.

Souvenir Publication: Anthology. This publication will Include historical remembrances, contact info, PICS and resumes of all band-mates, vintage publicity photos, in-concert candid shots and PICS of the reunion. It will be printed and mailed to each registrant after the reunion. Display ads will be sold to cover part of the cost the publication.

Hospitality suites. We will have two staffed hospitality suites from which to gather during the reunion. Snacks and beverages as well as computers with on-line access will be available. Uploading of digital PICS shot during the reunion to a designated website will be available and encouraged.

Corporate sponsorship. There will be opportunities for vendors and companies to purchase sponsor positions to help defray some of the costs of the reunion and perhaps fund scholarships of those invitees that may need some financial assistance to attend. A 'sponsor benefits package' will be created and disseminated to interested parties.
